At REIGN, every piece is individually crafted to order rather than pulled from warehouse inventory. This allows us to maintain the highest quality standards and create jewellery worthy of being worn with purpose.

Processing Time

Please allow 1–4 weeks for production before your order is dispatched.

Once your order has been completed, it will be carefully inspected, packaged in our signature luxury packaging, and prepared for shipment.

During periods of high demand or new product launches, production times may be towards the longer end of this estimate.

Shipping

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Shipping times vary depending on your country and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Please note that delivery estimates do not include the 1–4 week production period.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country's customs authority.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Incorrect Addresses

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once your parcel has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the courier.
