Return & Refund Policy

At REIGN, every piece is individually crafted after your order is placed. Because each item is made specifically for you, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at reignsocietycollective@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item

If approved, we'll arrange a replacement or another appropriate resolution at no additional cost.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before production begins.

Once production has started, cancellations may no longer be possible because your piece is individually crafted for you.

Returns

If a return is authorised by REIGN, the item must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return instructions will be provided after your request has been approved. Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.

Sale Items

Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned unless required by applicable law.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been approved.

Worldwide Shipping

REIGN proudly ships worldwide.

Shipping times vary depending on your destination and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please note that customs processing and local postal services may affect delivery times in some countries.

Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their local authorities where applicable.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection legislation.
