Why does production take 1–4 weeks?
Every REIGN piece is individually crafted after your order is placed rather than pulled from warehouse inventory. This allows us to maintain exceptional quality and attention to detail with every order.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We proudly ship worldwide. Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location.
Will I receive tracking?
Absolutely. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email containing your tracking information so you can follow your shipment.
What materials are your pieces made from?
Our jewellery is crafted using premium materials, including 5A Cubic Zirconia and 14K Gold Plating where applicable. Specific materials are listed on each product page.
Is your jewellery waterproof?
Our jewellery is designed for everyday wear, however we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to water, perfumes, lotions and harsh chemicals to preserve its finish and maximise its lifespan.
Can I return my order?

How do I care for my jewellery?
Store your jewellery in a dry place when not being worn and avoid contact with water, perfumes, lotions and household chemicals. Wipe gently with a soft cloth after wearing.
